Standard shipping is free within the United States. In-stock pieces are normally prepared and dispatched within 5–7 business days. Pre-order or specially arranged pieces use the timing confirmed before payment. Tracking is sent when available.
If a piece arrives damaged, defective, materially different from its description, or incorrect, contact VARNA within five calendar days of delivery. Keep the item unused and in its original packaging until written instructions are provided.
